Enrollment Process

Twin Cities Community Preschool is a non-profit, parent-participation preschool enrolling children ages 2 years 9 months to 5 years.  Our school year runs from September through mid-June, following the Larkspur School District Calendar.

We are actively enrolling for the 2024-25 school year. We also welcome interest from families hoping to enroll for future years.

This page is for enrollment in the school year program.  We have a separate process for summer camp enrollment.

How to Apply

1.  Attend a School Tour

Schedule a tour by contacting our membership team.

2.  Submit An Application

To get started, please complete an application. Your application should include a family photo and the $60 application fee. 

We highly encourage families to attend an open house or tour before applying.  However, we understand that's not always possible.  If you can't attend an open house or tour, that's not a problem--just submit an application and we will contact you. 

Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis starting in January.  Applications received before January 1 have highest priority. 

3.  Complete the Enrollment Packet

After admission, you’ll receive an email with a link to our enrollment packet. The enrollment packet includes a number of forms that you will be asked to fill out and submit online. All forms should be completed as soon as possible.

Programs

  • “AM” program: 9am -12pm Monday through Friday.

  • “Hybrid” program: 9am -12pm Tuesday/Thursday and 9am-3pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

  • “Full Day” program: 9am - 3pm Monday through Friday.

Parent Participation

Parent participation remains central to our philosophy and critical to the effective running of the school. Parents are expected to teach one morning per week and also contribute to the school by taking on a chair position (e.g. facilities, fundraising, health and safety, membership, parent engagement, treasurer, etc.), attending monthly membership meetings, joining regular parent education sessions, and assisting with maintenance projects.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition is $550/month for AM, $850/month for Hybrid, and $1,050/month for Full Day. For all programs there are additional one-time materials and tech fees, plus an annual donation requirement.

Afternoon stay-and-play is not available at this time.
